Introduction to healthy and unhealthy habits PSHE lesson. A one-hour long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson has been created for Year 3, however, the contents of the lesson are suitable for students across KS2.
In this lesson, the students will investigate different types of habits and the positive and negative effects that they can have on our health. We will look at the benefits of maintaining health routines such as handwashing, eating healthy food, regular exercise and getting enough sleep. Fit and healthy bodies KS1 PSHE lesson.
